HELPING YOU GAIN MOMENTUM THROUGH CHRIST-CENTERED COACHING.
“What we believe influences who we are and, in turn, impacts everything we do.” Gary R. Collins
ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH...
...feeling overwhelmed, stuck, confused, or just outright lost in your season of life, career, or project? I'm here to help. Coaching is a lot like deep cleaning your room - sometimes you have to remove all the clutter, figure out what should stay (and what should go) and find a better organisational system. Once you do, things become so much more efficient. You shift from constant irritation, to actually enjoying the space you live.
What ever season you are in, I'm here to listen, ask questions, and help you re-gain your momentum.
CHRIST AND COACHING
I Believe in incorporating Christ into all aspects of coaching. Sometimes our insecurities and emotions are so loud we can't think clearly. Instead of focusing on Christ and following His lead, we let our choices be dictated by the way we feel. Overwhelm settles and we get stuck. As a coach, my objective is not to provide answers or self-help, but to navigate with you the areas that are causing frustration and confusion, and help discern what to let go of, what to hold on to, and how to biblically and prayerfully take the next step.
My prayer is that Christ is exalted in our loves as we take our thoughts and emotions captive, find our identity in Him and move forward into what He has for us.
COACHING VS COUNSELING
Coaching is about helping you move forward. While sometimes the past is discussed, it is not the focus. Gaining momentum is the purpose. Couseling tend to focus on helping you heal from the past. While sometimes you have to discuss the past to move forward, I am not certified to process trauma, grief or abuse. Please seek professional counseling for help in those areas.
